This full condo renovation was designed to reflect the simplicity and natural beauty of West Coast living. The renovation resulted in the reconfiguration of the space to include two full bathrooms and an open concept kitchen and living space.

The light wood cabinetry and sleek black fixtures brought a touch of modern minimalism, while rich blues and greens, used in the accent pillows and kitchen bar, evoke a calming coastal atmosphere. The custom plans were crafted to maximize functionality and flow, with ergonomic seating and stylish lighting fixtures serving both form and function.

In the living area, a soft, neutral-toned sofa was anchored by cozy textured pillows that added warmth and comfort, while the striking black-and-white aviation artwork introduced a bold, personal touch. Every element in this design was carefully chosen to balance modern aesthetics with the natural, rugged beauty that defines coastal living on Vancouver Island.
